The On-The-Job training (OJT) program applies to employees upon initial hiring and continues throughout employment.
New Hire Orientation/On Boarding will be conducted by the Human Resources Department. Orientation checklist including New hire paperwork, benefit information enrollment, work rules, employee handbook and job description overview is provided.
